cheese heart

cheese heart

I also used my favorite cheeseball recipe to make a cheese heart for the potluck. This recipe is so ridiculously easy and is always a crowd pleaser, especially when you make a fun shape.

16 ounces of cream cheese (2 package)
8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon worsteshire sauce
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 cup ground walnuts

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. I usually use my hands to make sure everything is nice and mixed up.
2. Form cheese mixture into desired shape. Some suggestions: heart, block, your initials, really anything that floats your boat.
3. Roll into walnuts. Sometimes its easier to just press the walnuts in too.
4. Pair with your favorite crackers and your all set!
