[...] Last time I wrote about it, I was a little disappointed with my meal, but this time my meal was absolutely fantastic. I was intrigued by the nightly special, Seared South African Sea Bass with Mashed Potatoes and Kale. I’m not usually a big fish person, but something about it sounded right. Oh man… it came out all golden and crispy on a nice pile of mashed potatoes. The first bite was heavenly with very little taste of fish, but all goodness. You could probably guess that I’ve never had kale before, but I tried it and really liked it. It was definitely an excellent meal that’s worth the visit to Alchemy. I just wanted to give a little redemption to a place that deserves it. [...]
