Ahhh, it’s finally Friday! I’ve been eagerly awaiting this weekend because Aaron’s parents and their puppy Fiona are coming to visit us. We’re planning lots of fun excursions, and of course, lots of delicious food. So in honor of good times, I whipped up a little cocktail.

Lemon Drop
1 shot of vodka
2 shots of lemon juice or lemonade
sugar to rim the glass
ice

Place some sugar on a plate. Rub a lemon around the rim of the glass, or just make sure its wet, and dip it in the sugar.

Mix the vodka, lemon juice and ice in a cocktail shaker, then pour the mixture in your sugar rimmed glass.
