Brooklyn Based just posted a good article on what to do with all those heirloom tomatoes that are showing up at the greenmarket. I’m so glad they did because I go every weekend and want to buy them because they’re so dang beautiful, but I don’t know what to do with them except maybe make tomato sauce, and that just seems a little boring.
