Yay! I made these a couple weeks back – they are delicious, no? We had ours with black beans inside the halves and I also enjoyed one or two with some greek yogurt (the closest thing to sour cream I had!) and salsa. Yum.

I cannot wait to make these!! I have a gluten allergy and am always looking for savory cake recipes that are gluten free…I think I found my new favorite.
