I’m wondering where the name of this cocktail came from, but all I can say is, if the church I grew up in had had these drinks, I’d have stayed a Presbyterian!!

I used to order it with regular ol’ Jack Daniels. After a while I gave up ordering Presbyterian by name and just gave the recipe. No one knows how to mix a drink anymore, esp bartenders unfortunately. Fabulous drink – a less sweet Jack & Ginger. Looove it!

Just discovered your site through 101cookbooks. Gorgeous photos! I have some extra bourbon leftover from making my Chocolate Bourbon Walnut Pie. I am going to make this cocktail tonight for a bunch of non-wasps who really need to chill out! Thanks for the great inspiration. Good luck with all your endeavors and best wishes,
