happy hour: raspberry delight

This is an extra-awesome happy hour. You know why? I’m heading out of town for a little R&R and I couldn’t be more excited! Especially when that means escaping this crazy heatwave. I whipped up a tasty little number I dubbed Raspberry Delight just for the occasion. I hope you enjoy it!

Cheers!

Raspberry Delight
makes 1 cocktail

1/2 lemon juice
1/2 oz honey
4 raspberries
1 1/2 oz dark rum

1
Pour the lemon juice, honey and raspberries in a cocktail shaker and muddle until raspberries disintegrate.
2
Add ice and dark rum to the cocktail shaker and give it a good shake.
3
Pour into a glass, sit back and relax. Cheers!

These would be a great surprise to offer guests when dining alfresco. Who could possibly not like these?
