It’s happy time again! I’m definitely getting into the fall spirit with this drink. Concord grapes, not only beautiful but super flavorful, paired with good old maple syrup puts the happy in happy hour. Well, that or the whiskey, but whatever.

maple concord
2 oz concord grape juice
2 oz whiskey
1 oz maple simple syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for about 10 seconds.

Strain into a highball glass.

This is just too perfect…I’m already thinking of spins on this…bourbon, roasted lemon (only cause one was used as a garnish last weekend at a restaurant and in it went into the to-go box and I’m using the hell out of it.
I can’t wait to make this tomorrow after my chiropractors appt…I’m sure as hell gonna need it
