happy hour: wintery spiked spritzer

This week I whipped up something super easy. I had some leftover clove and cinnamon syrup hanging out in the fridge, so I added that to some gin and topped it off with a little seltzer water. Tadaaa! The thing is, it makes for a really tasty drink! It’s kind of light for a winter beverage, but the spice form the syrup brings a nice warmth to the beverage.

Cheers! To a great weekend!

Looks so yummy! Do you know a gluten-free option? Some of us can’t do the gin.
